I have been working with Carol now for over 15 years in a counselor capacity as a colleague, side by side helping clients achieve their dreams and their aspirations.
She is incredible with her skills to improve their personal life's, their goals as well as your business goals. She has the commitment, dedication, determination to help you become successful and she goes above and beyond and truly wants to see you successful.
I have witnessed her transforming other's lives. The clients have reported to me personally how incredible they feel and what they have gained working with her. She loves what she does, and often she has said, "It is my calling, and I believe I receive just as much in helping others as they do from me."
Don't miss a chance to work with her.
I am a witness and have watched Carol change hundreds of lives.

I have been a Counselor for many years and had the pleasure of working alongside Carol Leming. She is incredible.
The insight and inspiration she gives others to help them change their lives is remarkable. She has complimented my work in the field, but she has given me even more. Carol doesn’t just have the talent to transform lives—she lives it.
She is sincere, honest, hardworking, intelligent, and compassionate. A certified, credible counselor with plans to continue helping others as a Life and Health Coach. She has worked in this field since before 2003.
I once told her retirement should be about having fun. She told me that coaching people is her idea of fun.
If you have a chance to work with Carol, take it. You won’t regret it. She is dedicated to helping others reach their goals and dreams.
She doesn’t have to keep working, but she chooses to because helping others gives her a deep sense of purpose. She started her own business in 2003 while working full time. Helping people just comes naturally to her. I call that a gift.
Thank you, Carol.

Signing up for coaching with Carol has changed my life. I had no idea how much information and education I lacked, so no wonder I was stuck—emotionally, mentally, and physically.
I learned how to stop procrastinating, write out my short- and long-term goals, and achieve them even before the sessions ended.
I am now over two and a half years in recovery from drugs and have the dream job I always wanted. I also lost 15 pounds (five pounds per month) during the 90-day transformational sessions. I didn’t ask for that—it was a bonus that came along with the journey.
Thank you, Carol, for helping me gain peace, tranquility, forgiveness, self-love, a new career, weight loss, and a life free from procrastination—all in just 90 days.

I am a business owner who almost lost my business. When I met Carol, I was sarcastic, rude, interrupted people, and didn’t believe counseling would help me, let alone enlighten me. I made sure I sounded tough and rough. Most of the time, I thought I had everything figured out.
Well, I’m here to tell anyone now—if your life is going sideways and you need to get your business in shape, work with Carol Leming. She is the real deal.
I’m still a business owner in a prominent town in Oregon. I have more true friends now than ever before and a stable marriage. I can finally say I’m giving my children and my wife what they deserve—lots of love.
I used to call Carol Mary Poppins with a big stick, LOL.
When she had enough of my attitude, she gave me the right amount of sternness in a loving way. It helped open my eyes, my ears, and my mind to what I needed—not only for business success, but for my family and my children.
I always felt she liked me unconditionally, no matter what she learned about me. That made me trust and respect her. She kindly withstood all the nonsense I threw her way because she saw the real me. I didn’t know that at the time, but I learned it.
Thank you, Carol, for staying by my side and being my biggest cheerleader when I found it hard to believe in myself, let alone my future.
Life is awesome. I still have to remind myself to slow down, practice self-care, and not work all the time. My focus used to be only on money, not what I was doing to my family.
Sincerely,
T.J. N.

Thank you, Carol, for working with me. I am now set up and running my new business. I never could have gotten this far in such a short time—just 90 days.
With so many people online offering knowledge, skills, and tools, who am I supposed to believe? Pricing is either super low or super high, and how would I know who to trust?
Your program has changed my life and saved me a lot of time and money. It has been worth the investment in myself.
Thanks again.

I always told you that you helped save my life, and I meant it. But you always told me that I saved my own life. You always gave the credit back to me, but honestly, you did it.
You helped me believe in myself, one day at a time. The skills and tools you taught helped me become a new man—someone even I could trust.
Today, I try to pay it forward and help others. If you hadn’t been that Mary Poppins with a big stick, LOL, I wouldn’t have made it to long-term sobriety. Now, I have years of sobriety under my belt.
If any future clients read this, know that you will succeed under her watch.
Sincerely, thank you for all you have done for me, Carol.

Well, here you are—still counseling, mentoring, and now a life coach. I did give you a recommendation in my own words, and now it’s written.
It has been a long journey, and I’m so grateful I took the leap of faith toward my goals and my dream. It has been truly inspiring.
My family life is a blessing and has completely turned around. My business is thriving, but I had to get my thoughts, emotions, physical self, and psychological self in shape to handle all the changes that came in a fairly short amount of time.
At first, I didn’t realize my business was struggling because I was struggling—as a husband, as a father. That’s how I used to feel and what I believed. But you showed me I was always there, a loving father and husband who simply couldn’t see clearly. I was working so many hours I was burning out and damaging the relationships around me. I didn’t mean to—it was because I couldn’t see it.
Those were my blind spots, the ones you helped me uncover.
Thank you for believing in me. For seeing who I truly was, even when I couldn’t.
I love what I do now. I would call it a success. I love my family. We have better communication than ever before, and I love being a father. I pay it forward by helping others, and that’s a gift I learned from watching you.
Thank you, Carol, from the bottom of my heart.
Please don’t hesitate to work with this woman. She is exactly who she says she is—honest, and committed to your success.

I used to tell Carol she helped save my life. She would always say, “No, you saved your own life.” Carol is humble and sincere.
Before I came to counseling, I didn’t trust anyone except my children. Carol helped me see the integrity I have, the intelligence I have, and the accountability I have to manage my life and become successful.
I trust people now. I have a social life. I help others, and my children are proud of me.
I was taught skills, tools, and healthy thinking. I was given encouragement to change and to fly like a butterfly.
Before counseling, I couldn’t speak or converse with others. I cried often and didn’t believe in my worth.
After two years of counseling with Carol, she helped me find the person I was all along, even though I didn’t know I was in there.
From the bottom of my heart, Carol, thank you for never giving up on me.
I feel happy for everyone who will get to transform their lives with your help.
Love ya,
Barbara E.

Carol is incredible as a counselor. I can only imagine how incredible she is as a life coach helping others. I’ve told her many times how much she has helped me.
I felt her believing in me when I couldn’t believe in myself. I had a hard time speaking or sharing any emotions, and I certainly didn’t trust others—or even myself.
Today, I can speak in groups. I’m a mother and a wife who now leaves the house and enjoys a social life, something I hadn’t experienced in years.
My self-esteem has grown. Believing in myself has grown. My accountability and follow-through have been transformational.
Carol’s sweet nature helps you believe in yourself. Her dedication, commitment, trustworthiness, and confidentiality are outstanding.
Thank you, Carol.

Wow, what a journey. If you had told me back in 2017 that I would restore my life, pursue my goals and dreams, become the woman I wanted to be, the mother I wanted to be, the wife I wanted to be, and eventually become a counselor myself to help others—I would have thought it was all a pipe dream. I would have said, it just won’t happen.
Today, I stand as a changed woman.
Being counseled by Carol Leming was the best decision I ever made to achieve so many of my dreams. I reached every goal I set for myself—and more.
I had to learn self-care and become honest with myself and others about how I truly felt. And through that process, I found me.
Assignment by assignment, I worked through realizations. I learned to be honest and sincere. I began to trust myself and others. I took leaps of faith, followed through, and learned to rely on myself.
I didn’t just become the person I used to be—I became stronger, wiser, and fulfilled my biggest dream: to become a counselor and help others the way I was helped.
This is all true. It’s not far-fetched. It’s the honest truth when I say: do not miss the opportunity to work with this woman.
She has gifts to give you. She means what she says. She helps you transform your own life, and then gives you all the credit for it—because she already sees it in you before you can see it in yourself.
Do it, and don’t wait. You will not be sorry.
Thank you, Carol, for standing by me when I felt like falling. Thank you for helping me believe in myself and change my career. I now love helping others too.
Working with Carol is gaining empowerment.

90-Day Program, 2020
Carol was my coach and counselor. She helped me tremendously to believe in myself again. I was broken. My self-esteem was low, though it had started to rise. After two years of working with her, I became a different person.
She supported me with no judgment, with unconditional acceptance. She gave me assignments that opened my eyes to the possibility of real change—and I transformed my life.
After Carol retired from the corporate world in 2019, I missed her. In 2022, she reached out just to ask how I was doing. Who does that? She is incredible.
She had started another business of her own and became a health and life coach. I was in need, and yes—I signed up. I felt stuck. I needed a career change. I was spinning some days, lacking direction, and I needed to be accountable to myself.
Her 12-week Transformation Program changed my life again.
I’m now happy in my new career, no longer burning out. I’m happily engaged, I know who I am, and I even help others almost every day.
Thank you, Carol—yet again.

This experience was exhilarating, worth the effort, insightful, encouraging, and it boosted my self-esteem.
I would recommend this art therapy to anyone who wants to understand themselves better, define what they truly want, or discover it—and then learn how to achieve it faster and in a way that feels fun.
Meeting my future self was fun, informative, incredibly helpful, and it made my present life and goals so much clearer. I had a breakthrough after that meditation experience that I will never forget.
Thank you, Carol.

Wow. I wasn’t actually ready to begin my art therapy when I did. I thought I was, but I wasn’t.
That said, I really enjoyed the meditation to meet my future self. It was incredibly insightful and helpful. I drew a picture of my life as it is now and realized I need to add so much more of what I want.
That realization led to new goals.
Since then, I’ve left my job, invested in myself, created a new resume, and taken time off to get clear on what I truly want. I don’t feel nervous or bad about it at all. I’ve learned that I have to take care of myself first in order to achieve what I want for the future.
I’ve gained what I needed—and I feel happy about it.
Thanks for your dedication, your support, your open understanding, and your encouraging ways, Carol. I’ve learned a lot.

It was exciting to complete the Crystal Clear Art Therapy exercises because they helped me realize just how much I already knew about myself—and how much I didn’t.
To be honest, I didn’t fully believe these exercises would transform me as much as they actually did. Over the past six months, I’ve come to understand how much I’ve changed. These art exercises opened a door to ongoing, consistent transformation. That’s pretty powerful.
I would definitely recommend experiencing this journey into your future.
I gained insight into where I actually was when I started art therapy. I gained clarity about where I wanted to go. And now, looking back at what I journaled and envisioned, I’ve realized that so much of it has already materialized.
When my mind isn’t focused on daily progress, it’s easy to overlook how much I’ve actually accomplished. But because of this process, I now see just how many of my desires have already become reality.
This art therapy experience has been one of the most powerful tools I’ve used to accelerate my goals.
Thank you, Carol.

This book called Crystal Clear Art Therapy helped me so much. Major changes have happened in just a few months.
I finally had the energy to clean out my parents’ belongings that were filling my garage, house, and storage. I haven’t procrastinated for months now, and I’ve been setting and accomplishing the goals I had been putting off for a long time.
I completed my certification in Life and Health Coaching through HCI. I’ve made defining decisions about my relationship. I’ve started my coaching business. I’ve changed my eating patterns. I’ve gained much more control over my arthritis, and now I have a goal of helping other women discover pain remedies for their own arthritis.
I’m also preparing for surgery soon and don’t feel as fearful about it. I’m more positive than I’ve been in a long time.
These art therapy exercises help you discover so much about yourself, and they give you tools to learn and apply real change.
Thank you, Carol. The whole experience has been very helpful.
